I was able to witness Brandon Knight in person back in 2008 when our schools met in the state playoffs, when he still had braids and looked like an actual girl, and since then I’ve paid attention to his career out of fandom/respect, so now when I see him lose his dignity like this, it takes me back to 2008, and I never know if I should bask in the humiliation or appreciate the reality, because in the end, we all have days like this where it feels like you just got broke off on national television. At some point, we’ve all been a Brandon Knight trying to guard a Kyrie Irving.
